License Grant
AlphaEye software is licensed, not sold. Your license key grants you the right to install and use the software on the number of computers specified in your license (typically one PC per license key) for the duration of your license term (1-year, 2-year, or 3-year as purchased).
License Restrictions
You may not: distribute, resell, or sublicense the software; reverse-engineer or decompile the software; remove or alter license protection mechanisms; use the software beyond the licensed number of computers.
Free Trial
The free trial version is fully featured but time-limited. Using the trial beyond the permitted period without a valid license key is a violation of these terms.
License Key
Your license key is personal and hardware-tied. Do not share your license key. If your hardware changes, contact us for a license transfer.
Updates
Software updates released during your license term are provided at no additional charge. After your license expires, the software continues to function but updates will not be available until the license is renewed.
No Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for ensuring the software meets your requirements before purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the license fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
